Q: How long after I place my order will it ship?
A: Please allow 1 week for ‘Ready to ship’ orders to be sent out. For made-to-order ceramic pieces, we predict 8-12 weeks as we move pieces through our kilns. As for Lucite works, please allow 5 weeks before the order is ready to ship.

Q: How is the cost of shipping calculated?
A: We have created flat rates based on the projected weight of each shipment. Everything is shipped through USPS ground.

Q: Do you ship outside of the US?
A: Sadly we aren't able to do so now but hope to in the near future!
